SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Sandai is a small business but I will do my best to get your purchase shipped as soon as I possibly can. Shipping is guaranteed within 2-7 days. If you have a special request, please e-mail or send an Instagram DM and I will let you know how long the making of your preferred model and colour will take! At the moment we offer shipping within the EU only. Shipping outside of the EU might be arranged if you  e-mail us at sandai.accessories@gmail.com.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

When you shop at shopsandai.com, you always have a 14-day right of open purchase and withdrawal. The return period starts the day after you receive your goods. Returned goods must be unused and in undamaged condition sent back in original packaging and any hangtags must be attached. If this is not the case, a depreciation of 100% of the value of the goods will be deducted upon refund.


Please notice that you as a customer pay for shipping back in case of a return or withdrawal.  To register your return or any questions regarding your purchase, please contact us via sandai.accessories@gmail.com.  We will send you a confirmation and keep you posted of the procedure, but it can take up to 14 days for a returned product to be processed and refunded.

COMPLAINTS & RECLAIMS

We guarantee that the goods you ordered are fault-free upon delivery. It is important to remember that Sandai's products are handmade and minor variations between the products can be expected such as color changes. Small defects are not uncommon and are not grounds for complaint. If you are unsure whether a complaint applies or not, take pictures of the supposed damage and send an email to sandai.accessories@gmail.com. Should you receive a defective or wrongly delivered item, you must contact us as soon as possible, but no later than within 4 working days. If the claim is approved, Sandai will cover shipping and you will be sent a return shipping slip. Send the item back in the condition in which it was received accompanied by a damage or defect report, and you will receive a defect-free or correct item sent free of charge. The wrongly delivered item must be in unused and undamaged condition with any hangtags still attached. Return the item together with the payment confirmation. Fill in the reason for the return on the back of the invoice.

 

Liability for errors in ordered goods is limited to what has now been specified. The Consumer Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about a product within three years, provided that the product was faulty at the time of delivery and it is a production fault.

 

Should the package be damaged in any way, it is important that you do not pick up the package, but inform the staff at the post office that you refuse the package due to damage, and it will be sent back to us.
